Vanligtvis hoppar jag \u00f6ver dessa artiklar, men nyligen r\u00e5kade jag klicka p\u00e5 en rubrik som ber\u00e4ttade om en finl\u00e4ndsk kvinna som g\u00e5tt ner 160 kg! Under artikeln hade samlats m\u00e5nga gratulationer och kommentarer, s\u00e4rskilt beundrades kvinnans sj\u00e4lvdisciplin. En kommentator gissade att hen aldrig skulle kunna prestera detsamma. Sj\u00e4lva artikeln avsl\u00f6jade (naturligtvis) inte hur viktminskningen hade skett eller hur l\u00e5ng tid det hade tagit, eftersom artikeln fokuserade p\u00e5 att ber\u00e4tta om \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig hud p\u00e5 magen och hur den avl\u00e4gsnades. Inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande att klickrubriken och inneh\u00e5llet inte alls st\u00e4mde \u00f6verens&#8230; Efter en l\u00e5ng serie klick kom jag slutligen till en artikel som ber\u00e4ttade att kvinnan hade genomg\u00e5tt sin f\u00f6rsta fetmaoperation redan 2012. Det handlade allts\u00e5 inte om n\u00e5gon pl\u00f6tslig, dramatisk f\u00f6rvandling, utan en l\u00e5ngvarig process som p\u00e5g\u00e5tt i 10 \u00e5r.      <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sj\u00e4lvdisciplin och sv\u00e4lta sig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kommentarerna under artikeln sammanfattade enligt min mening v\u00e4l hur viktminskning ofta uppfattas: som en sv\u00e4ltkur som kr\u00e4ver enorm sj\u00e4lvdisciplin. Ofta t\u00e4nker man att f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt m\u00e5ste man f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra hela sin kost p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng och samtidigt svettas p\u00e5 l\u00f6parsp\u00e5ret eller gymmet. Det finns gott om dieter och program baserade p\u00e5 detta tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt. Och jag undrar egentligen inte, eftersom m\u00e4nniskor ofta har ett behov av att f\u00e5 allt h\u00e4r, nu och genast. Ett s\u00e4ljsnack som lovar snabb viktminskning \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ett lockande erbjudande, &#8221;b\u00f6rja nu och du \u00e4r i strandform till sommaren&#8221;. Produkter eller tj\u00e4nster som s\u00e4ljs med dessa slogans inneb\u00e4r ofta att viktminskningen sker genom en starkt begr\u00e4nsande kost och h\u00e5rd tr\u00e4ning.     <\/p>\n<p>I det h\u00e4r skedet visar jag ett stort r\u00f6tt STOPP-m\u00e4rke och blinkar med utryckningsfordonets lampor!<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t oss fundera p\u00e5 vad som h\u00e4nder efter att &#8221;kuren&#8221; \u00e4r avslutad? Eller n\u00e4r den nya kosten b\u00f6rjar smaka tr\u00e4 och soffans varma famn lockar ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r l\u00f6parsp\u00e5ret. Man \u00e5terg\u00e5r till det gamla, eller hur? Det b\u00f6rjar komma \u00e5terfall och n\u00e4r de blir tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e5nga \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att konstatera &#8221;det blir inget av det h\u00e4r&#8221; och \u00e5terg\u00e5 till tidigare vanor med sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rebr\u00e5elser. Samtidigt b\u00f6rjar vikten n\u00e4rma sig niv\u00e5erna f\u00f6re bantningen och kl\u00e4ttrar sannolikt till och med h\u00f6gre \u00e4n utg\u00e5ngsl\u00e4get. Vad kan man d\u00e5 g\u00f6ra?     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Best\u00e5ende f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar steg f\u00f6r steg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e5lamod \u00e4r en dygd och det st\u00e4mmer \u00e4ven h\u00e4r. Faktum \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen att best\u00e5ende resultat endast uppn\u00e5s genom best\u00e5ende f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Ingen orkar \u00e4ta k\u00e5lsoppa i evighet medan man sv\u00e4lter, och \u00e4ven efter en VLCD-period m\u00e5ste man l\u00e4ra sig hur man beh\u00e5ller den uppn\u00e5dda vikten. Framg\u00e5ngsrik viktminskning och viktkontroll \u00e4r en l\u00e5ngsiktig process d\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar g\u00f6rs steg f\u00f6r steg samtidigt som man identifierar och behandlar de bakomliggande orsakerna till vikt\u00f6kningen. N\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar g\u00f6rs i lugn takt, en eller tv\u00e5 i taget, \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att anpassa sig till nya vanor. Och n\u00e4r det nya s\u00e4ttet att \u00e4ta och motionera blir en rutin kan man ta itu med n\u00e4sta f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsobjekt.
