Och man undrar &#8211; d\u00e4r den skyldige vanligtvis hittas i &#8221;s\u00f6tsuget&#8221;,  <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2011\/05\/ruoka-addiktio.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sockerberoende<\/a><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">  eller n\u00e5got liknande. Och visst k\u00e4nns upplevelsen just som ett beroende, men i slut\u00e4ndan handlar det inte om matens egenskaper utan om inl\u00e4rda beteendem\u00f6nster hos m\u00e4nniskan &#8211; och dessa kan p\u00e5verkas. S\u00e5 du kan faktiskt l\u00e4ra dig att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n att vara s\u00f6tsugsberoende till att inte vara det.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1968 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/painoklinikka.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/terveelliset-herkut.webp\" alt=\"Nyttiga godsaker\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/painoklinikka.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/terveelliset-herkut.webp 640w, https:\/\/painoklinikka.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/terveelliset-herkut-300x225.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Varf\u00f6r tappar man kontrollen \u00f6ver \u00e4tandet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Bakom denna erfarenhet kan man hitta m\u00e5nga olika saker (mer om detta senare). Men d\u00e4r finns praktiskt taget alltid &#8221;f\u00f6rbjuden frukt&#8221; och beg\u00e4ret efter den, det vill s\u00e4ga godsaker har i ens eget sinne gjorts till n\u00e5got som b\u00f6r undvikas och man kan inte \u00e4ta det med m\u00e5tta. Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det med mat &#8211; precis som med m\u00e5nga andra saker &#8211; att denna undvikande tanke d\u00e4mmer upp beg\u00e4r riktade mot den f\u00f6rbjudna maten.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">N\u00e4r tanken en g\u00e5ng har bildats i huvudet att man inte borde \u00e4ta en viss godbit, s\u00e5 resulterar det i forskningssituationer ganska regelbundet i ungef\u00e4r 2-3 g\u00e5nger \u00f6kat \u00e4tande av godsaker. Detta \u00e5terspeglar \u00f6kningen av beg\u00e4r som en f\u00f6ljd av den negativa tanken och \u00e4r b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 id\u00e9n &#8221; <\/span><em>att en chokladkaka bara g\u00f6r en arg, det m\u00e5ste vara en hel platta!<\/em><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">N\u00e4r sedan en person som f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker vara utan godsaker \u00e4nd\u00e5 n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng t\u00e4nker &#8221;till\u00e5ta&#8221; sig exempelvis en chokladpralin, s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker ju inte den ena pralinen till n\u00e5gonting. En l\u00e4mplig j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse f\u00f6r uppd\u00e4mda beg\u00e4r skulle till exempel vara en riktig damm. N\u00e4r man inte \u00e4ter godsaker \u00e4r dammen &#8221;intakt&#8221;, men n\u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta pralinen (eller n\u00e5got annat) tas s\u00e5 &#8221;brister&#8221; dammen och allt uppd\u00e4mt beg\u00e4r (som vatten) kommer igenom. Och d\u00e5 g\u00e5r det \u00e5t n\u00e4stan alla godsaker som finns hemma.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">S\u00e5 k\u00e4rnproblemet \u00e4r den bakomliggande f\u00f6rbjudna tanken. Och den blir bara starkare av f\u00f6rs\u00f6k till godisf\u00f6rbud. L\u00f6sningen \u00e4r att l\u00e4ra sig \u00e4ta dem till\u00e5tande och med m\u00e5tta. Godisf\u00f6rbud kan fungera ett tag, men f\u00f6r de flesta spricker det f\u00f6rr eller senare.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hur f\u00f6rsvinner upplevelsen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Vanligtvis n\u00e4r man sedan b\u00f6rjar l\u00e4ra sig m\u00e5ttlighet, s\u00e5 tappar man fortfarande kontrollen \u00f6ver \u00e4tandet &#8211; man blir r\u00e4dd, tron p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheten till m\u00e5ttlighet f\u00f6r en sj\u00e4lv kollapsar och beteendet \u00e5terg\u00e5r till det gamla undvikandet. H\u00e4r m\u00e5ste man skilja p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 fenomen: <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Det l\u00f6nar sig att ge tid f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra sig n\u00e5got nytt<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">\u00c4ven med goda utg\u00e5ngspunkter tappar man kontrollen \u00f6ver \u00e4tandet i b\u00f6rjan av inl\u00e4rningen av m\u00e5ttlighet. Det \u00e4r en utopi att tro att man pl\u00f6tsligt kan skaka av sig historiens b\u00f6rda bara genom att ge till\u00e5telse att \u00e4ta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Visst lurar avh\u00e5llsamhetens kraft d\u00e4r i bakhuvudet och driver beg\u00e4ren ett tag. Men n\u00e4r man ger utrymme f\u00f6r till\u00e5telse s\u00e5 hittar man det ganska snabbt \u00e4nd\u00e5. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker bli av med godsaker vid fel tidpunkt<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">En mycket vanligare situation \u00e4r dock att man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker l\u00e4ra sig till\u00e5telse n\u00e4r m\u00e5nga andra saker som driver beg\u00e4r fortfarande \u00e4r fel. Om m\u00e5ltidsrytmen \u00e4r fel, man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker uth\u00e4rda med lite \u00e4tande, stressniv\u00e5erna \u00e4r h\u00f6ga eller k\u00e4nslor styr \u00e4tandet, s\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar till\u00e5telse ingenting. Det leder sannolikt bara till \u00f6kat \u00e4tande av godsaker.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Och det viktigaste \u00e4r att f\u00f6rst ta hand om dessa andra saker och samtidigt l\u00e4ra sig till\u00e5telse med godsaker. Eller om man verkligen \u00e4r r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r godisattacker s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar man l\u00e4ra sig till\u00e5telse f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r man b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nna att nu \u00e4r andra levnadsvanor i ordning. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Det kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ta ett \u00e5r, men vad kan man g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r saker kan vara sv\u00e5ra och man inte ser n\u00e5gra raka framg\u00e5ngshistorier h\u00e4r &#8211; dessa saker m\u00e5ste tas om hand i vilket fall som helst och d\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar till\u00e5telsen fungera. Visserligen skulle godisf\u00f6rbudet ocks\u00e5 fungera mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n tidigare i det h\u00e4r skedet, men jag f\u00f6resl\u00e5r \u00e4nd\u00e5 att man l\u00e4r sig till\u00e5telse ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r godisf\u00f6rbud. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">En ytterligare faktor \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 uppfattningen om m\u00e5ttlighet, som jag <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2011\/05\/kuinka-usein-voi-syoda-herkkuja.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">har skrivit om tidigare<\/a><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">. Ett vanligt problem \u00e4r att man t\u00e4nker sig till\u00e5telse som att \u00e4ta ett par bitar choklad en g\u00e5ng i veckan. Men det \u00e4r ju ingen till\u00e5telse f\u00f6r de flesta utan en k\u00e4nsla av tillfredsst\u00e4llelse kr\u00e4ver f\u00f6r de flesta mer godsaker och oftare. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Andra hj\u00e4lpande faktorer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Det handlar f\u00f6rst\u00e5s inte bara om inst\u00e4llningen till godsaker. Det handlar ocks\u00e5 om stresstillst\u00e5nd, k\u00e4nslor och  <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2011\/05\/integraatiodieetti-vai-hyva-syominen-tm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">annat \u00e4tande<\/a><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">. F\u00f6r lite och oj\u00e4mnt \u00e4tande \u00f6kar beg\u00e4ren hos vem som helst. Vissa \u00e4ter f\u00f6r sina k\u00e4nslor. Och stress styr \u00e4tandet mot s\u00f6tsaker.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Dessa \u00e4r alla viktiga saker att ta hand om, om man identifierar att de \u00e4r fel &#8211; och de \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt ofta fel. S\u00e5 arbetsordningen f\u00f6r att str\u00e4va efter m\u00e5ttlighet i godisupplevelsen kunde vara n\u00e5got s\u00e5dant h\u00e4r: <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Sinnet p\u00e5verkar kroppen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">\u00c4r du utmattad, stressad eller har du hum\u00f6rproblem &#8211; f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra situationen, s\u00f6k hj\u00e4lp, st\u00e4rk dig. Att \u00e4ta p\u00e5 grund av stress kan mycket v\u00e4l p\u00e5verka varf\u00f6r du st\u00e4ndigt k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r godsaker som inneh\u00e5ller socker. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Anv\u00e4nd l\u00e4mpliga portionsstorlekar<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Du \u00e4ter v\u00e4l inte f\u00f6r lite? \u00c4t g\u00e4rna s\u00e5 mycket som du vill men  <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2011\/05\/integraatiodieetti-vai-hyva-syominen-tm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mestadels kvalitativ och varierad mat<\/a>. I princip f\u00e5r man \u00e4ta stora m\u00e4ngder h\u00e4lsosam mat, s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge maten \u00e4r av r\u00e4tt slag. <\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">J\u00e4mn m\u00e5ltidsrytm<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">L\u00e4r dig att <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2012\/03\/tasainen-ateriarytmi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e4ta j\u00e4mnt<\/a>, eftersom det h\u00e5ller beg\u00e4ren i schack. D\u00e5 v\u00e4ljer du inte heller lika l\u00e4tt alternativ som inneh\u00e5ller snabb energi. <\/p>\n<h3><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Till\u00e5telse att unna sig<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Ge dig sj\u00e4lv till\u00e5telse att \u00e4ta godsaker. Du \u00e4ter mestadels ordentlig mat, men om du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r godsaker s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du \u00e4ta dem med gott samvete.  <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2015\/02\/kieltaydy-sallivasti.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Till\u00e5tande \u00e4tande betyder \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte att allt som kommer framf\u00f6r n\u00e4san m\u00e5ste \u00e4tas.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">Det \u00e4r ingen stor \u00f6verraskning att marschordningen \u00e4r ganska likadan som <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.patrikborg.blogspot.fi\/2011\/09\/laihdutus-pysyvasti-tehdaan-nain.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vid viktkontroll i allm\u00e4nhet<\/a><span data-color=\"rgb(254, 253, 250)\">.
