Additional service includes a personalized exercise program tailored for you and the Sporty Planner app to help implement the program. The programming takes into account your starting point, goals, and preferences. Exercise programs can be designed for home, gym, outdoors, or swimming pool.
Programming is carried out using the SportyPlanner app. You will receive a weekly plan in the app. The app also allows you to communicate with your coach. The app features high-quality exercise videos and clear verbal instructions to ensure correct exercise technique. Exercise programs are modified as needed as the program progresses.
My Care Team is conducted entirely through remote connections, so you can participate from anywhere in Finland, whenever it suits you. Consultations, guidance, and monitoring take place in a secure digital environment – easily via video or messages.
