Anu Tevanlinna is a psychologist whose expertise is psychological work related to sustainable lifestyle change. In addition to her clinical practice, Anu has worked for many years in both occupational and organizational psychology, as well as in well-being coaching.

Anu works with a brief-therapy approach. A central aim is to enhance self-awareness of the behavioral and thinking patterns that influence health behaviors, the psychological factors behind them, and to identify strategies and mental skills for positive change. Anu’s approach also reflects her qualifications as a mindfulness instructor (CFM®) and coach (RCC).
