Suvi Ainasoja is a nurse and a nutrition and performance coach. She has nearly ten years of experience in treating obesity. First for about six years in primary health care, after which she has been working as an entrepreneur in the private sector.
Her passion is nutritional psychology and physical exercise. The most important thing is to find individually suitable ways for eating, weight management, and supporting a meaningful life. A suitable way to exercise can be found for everyone, despite any limitations.
